<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 21, 1960 <br /> <br />A special meeting was held at Trustee August Meyers shop on April 21, 1960 for considering a <br />change order in the sewer plant contract regarding a different location for the lift station. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> Henry Johnson, Mayor; August Meyer, R.G. Kemper, Trustees; H.A. Briggs, Clerk <br /> <br />A motion was made by Kemper and seconded by Meyer to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign <br />change order regarding the lift station.
