Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br />Development Authority Public Art Sub-Committee was called to order at 3:30 p.m. <br />by Jennifer Wagner. <br /> <br />2. Consider Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Michael Niziolek and seconded by Sharon Tracy to approve the <br />agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />3. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />3.1 February 18, 2020, Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Moved by Sharon Tracy and seconded by Michael Niziolek to approve the <br />consent agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />4. General Business <br /> <br />4.1 Public Art Proposals <br /> <br />Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. <br /> <br />After much discussion the committee felt that they would like to revamp the RFP <br />and in turn start a new round of applications. The committee discussed the following <br />revamps to the RFP, before it is sent out again, that they would like to recommend <br />to the EDA: <br />1. Eliminate the 100 mile radius <br />2. Eliminate the question being asked of the artist to answer “What does Elk River <br />mean to you” and have the committee determine that <br />
