<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92-111 <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FOR THE ELK RIVER-ROGERS VFW POST #5518 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River-Rogers VFW Post #5518 have made <br />application for a Premise Permit to operate Class B <br />lawful gamblingj and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Class B Premise Permit allows the operation of <br />pull-tabs, tipboards, paddlewheels and rafflesj and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted <br />is the Sunshine Depotj 701 Main Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River grants its approval of a Premise <br />Permit for Class B Gambling Operations to the Elk <br />River-Rogers VFW for gambling to be conducted at the <br />Sunshine Depot. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, this 16th day of November, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~4/</J~ <br /> <br />Ro r A.
