VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
December 6, 1938

The regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the Municipal Building Monday Dec 6, 1938
at 8 o’clock P.M.

Members present:
Frank Nickerson, Pres.; G.A. Hargraves, Area Engineer, for the W.P.A. stating that the project for
curb and sidewalk was almost used up and that if the Village wished to continue with this work next
spring a new project should be submitted at once. A motion was made by G.A. Bailey seconded by
Geo Cornelius to submit a new curb and sidewalk project. Motion carried.

John Anacker applied for a building permit to enlarge the garage on Mrs. Ed Andersons property.
