<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N 92-37 <br /> <br />FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Elk River, held on the 4th day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />, 1992, the following Resolution was offered <br /> <br />,by ~qllnci lmpmher Dietz <br /> <br />seconded by Councilmember, Kropuenske <br /> <br />to wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a <br /> <br />preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 187 renumbered as Trunk <br /> <br />Highway No. 101 within the corporate limits of the City of Elk River, from the Mississippi River to Jet. <br /> <br />TH 10 & 169; and seeks the approval thereof, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department <br /> <br />of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 1A S.P. <br /> <br />.2738-08 & S.P. 8608-07 (101=187) from TH 94 to Jet. TH 10 & 169. <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement <br /> <br />of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of <br /> <br />the Resolution vice Mayor Holmgren.
