Tralle, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />.. <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 101 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO USE MUNICIPAL FINANCING FOR <br />COSTS IN EXCESS OF STATE GRA.NTS IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE 1992 MAIN STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />(S.P. 204-113-03) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River has applied to the Commissioner of Transportation for a <br />grant (Fund 29) in the amount of $300,411.40 from the Minnesota State <br />Transportation Fund for the reconstruction of the Main Street Bridge over the Elk <br />River; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said grant has been approved; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The City of Elk River does hereby affirm that any cost of the bridge in excess of the <br />Fund 29 grant will be appropriated from funds available to the City, including municipal <br />State Aid funds. <br /> <br />2. Any grant monies appropriated for the bridge, but not required based on the final <br />estimate, shall be returned to the Minnesota State Transportation Fund. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of October l 1992. <br /> <br />J~/-;Caq <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />030-0607 .oct <br />
