<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 100 <br /> <br />Martha DeRosier <br />Judy Lefebvre <br />Nancy Gongoll <br />Lola Driessen <br />Minnie Brady <br />Robert Minton <br />Brenda Pouliot <br />Carolyn Nichols <br />Marian Rude <br />Ruth McCartney <br />Joan Warden <br />Lorraine Bodnar <br />Alice Bredeck <br />Twyla O'Keefe <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE <br />STATE GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 3, 1992 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there will be a local general election held in <br />conjunction with the state general election on <br />November 3, 1992; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 204B.21(2) the City <br />Council shall appoint election judges for seven <br />precincts within the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all election judges appointed by the City Council are <br />qualified to be trained election judges and will be <br />certified by the County Auditor as trained election <br />judges; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, election judges shall be paid at the rate of $5.50 per <br />hour, assistant chief judges at $6.00 per hour and <br />chief judges at $6.50 per hour for hours spent in <br />training and hours worked during the general election. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city <br />of Elk River, Minnesota, that the following persons be <br />appointed as election judges to serve at the November <br />3, 1992 general election: <br /> <br />day of October, 1992, by the City <br /> <br />Riv:r)~ A--~ <br /> <br />James A.
