of <br />.ver <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be attending the Open <br />House via telephone or other electronic means to review preliminary plans for the Lake Orono <br />Restoration and Enhancement project (LORE) scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2020, from <br />4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway. A quorum of the Elk River <br />City Council may participate by telephone or other electronic means; however, they will not convene <br />any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the event. <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk Date <br />
