<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 83 <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FOR CELEBRITY BOWL CHARITIES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Celebrity Bowl Charities, Inc. have made application <br />to the City Council for a Class B Premise Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise permit would allow charitable gambling on <br />the premise; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the premise upon which the gambling will be conducted <br />is Elk River Bowl. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River grants its approval of a Class B <br />Premise Permit to Celebrity Bowl Charities, Inc. for <br />gambling to be conducted at Elk River Bowl. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 31st day of August, 1992. <br /> <br /> <br />J~ vi ~~ <br /> <br />James A.
