<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - -2D <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION FOR VACATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River initiated a request to vacate <br />such easement according to law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 16, 1992 before the <br />City Council at the Elk River Public Library on such <br />petition after due published and posted notice had <br />been given, as well as personal notice to affected <br />property owners by the clerk on March 5, 1992 and all <br />persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br />heard; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be in the best interest of the <br />City to approve such petition; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such petition is hereby <br />granted and the easement for stteet purposes described as <br />follows is hereby vacated: <br /> <br />That portion of the E-1/2 of the NE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 <br />of the NE-1/4 of Section 30, Township 33, Range 26, <br />Sherburne County, MN which lies within the <br />circumference of a circle having a. radius of 60.00 <br />feet, the center of said circle being on the north <br />line of said premises 165.00 feet east of the west <br />line thereof. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Elk River City Council this 16th day of March, <br />1992. <br /> <br />;7 <br /> <br />/ ------;r----/?/;. <br /> <br />'i?l4;?1:_g~ /1 /i~4dk=~.3;~-: <br />James A.
