<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - ~ <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR VACATING THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY OF A <br />PORTION OF ORONO ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a majority of the property owners abutting the street <br />right-of-way have requested the City Council in a <br />petition dated January 28, 1992, to vacate such <br />easement according to law; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 24, 1992, before <br />the City Council at the Elk River Public Library on <br />such petition after due pUblished and posted notice <br />had been given, as well as personal notice to affected <br />property owners by the clerk on February 14, 1992, and <br />all persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br />heard; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be in the best interest of the <br />city to approve such petition. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such petition is hereby <br />granted and the street right-of-way described as <br />follows is hereby vacated: <br /> <br />That part of Orono Road as dedicated in Gospodor's <br />Orono Lake Addition, according to said plat on file <br />and of record in the office of the County Recorder, <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of <br />the northerly extension of the west line of Lot 1, <br />Block 2, of said Gospodor's Orono Lake Addition. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River <br />this 24th day of February, 1992. <br /> <br />j, ~/7/} <br />_-~7;f /~ <br /> <br />James A.
