Staff approval of updated plans addressing comments outlined in the staff comment letter dated January 15, 2020. 2. The CUP will not be recorded until impacted property owners agree to required easement or right-of-way transactions. "' cR 33 .. Background/Discussion The applicant is proposing to modify and expand the parking area x located between Elk River High School, the multipurpose facility, RR and VandenBerge Middle School. The proposal relocates the current • signal from its location at Park Drive to a new driveway Hwy 10 location aligning with the west entrance of Central Lutheran Church. cR 12 The stormwater pond in the current parking lot will be relocated to an expanded pond in Lions Park. Planning Commission �P The Planning Commission will hold the public hearing on March 2, �w 2020, prior to the City Council meeting. Staff will review the Commission meeting with the Council and provide their recommendation during the presentation.
