The Committee would also assist with the <br />development of solicitation materials and provide feedback. The Contractor will meet with the Committee <br />every four to six weeks by phone or in person to provide progress updates during the length of the <br />professional services agreement. <br />A kickoff meeting with the Committee should be scheduled in early March to discuss project background, <br />roles and responsibilities and define project goals.
