<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - 22 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />SCHOOL STREET/JACKSON A VENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's draft comprehensive transportation study has identified the intersection <br />of School Street and Jackson Avenue as a deficient area needing signalization and <br />widening; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jackson Avenue was a trunk highway turned back to the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, turnback funding is available from MnDOT for the Jackson Avenue portion of the <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 17th day of May, 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ a~e~v <br /> <br />Sandra A.
