The business will occur in an <br />accessory structure with no employees, parking needs, outdoor storage, or <br />signage. The hours of operation will be 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday — Friday. <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Two residents requested more information at the public hearing about the <br />proposed business and cited concerns with noise, odors, and traffic. <br />r— <br />SCR 12 <br />9 <br />The applicant stated products are delivered via UPS, FedEx, and USPS and ;, 9 <br />that he will install a dust collection system. His noted his sharpening tools <br />are not the typical hand/bench grinder type tools typically found in a: <br />garage and said his business has a mobile component to sharpens tools on <br />site at hair salons and dog groomers. He said he has no concerns with the Figure <br />condition proposed.
