However, the <br />information provided did not help. Detective Drayna followed up with the former property owners. <br /> <br />On December 21, 2019, Elk River Fire Department conducted their first training exercise with the Elk <br />River Regional Fire Academy. There were 18 cadets and a handful of instructors participating in the <br />training exercise. Elk River Fire will continue to conduct trainings on the third Thursday of each month. <br /> <br />Due to the complexities of the location of these properties, and the proximity to the overhead <br />powerlines, Elk River Fire Department will not be able to conduct controlled burns on the properties to <br />take them down in the spring. <br /> <br />We have some interest from a couple of developers in the potential redevelopment of these properties. <br />We will continue to market these properties to realtors and developers. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> N/A <br /> <br />The Elk River Vision <br />A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional <br />service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity <br />
