<br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94 - ...1.3. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />S.A.P. 204-104-04 MTB FROM TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 169 <br />TO SCHOOL STREET <br />IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 5th day of July, 1994, by the City of Elk River in Sherburne <br />County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 104 (Jackson Avenue) from <br />Trunk Highway No. 169 to School Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Turnback Funds on the <br />improvement of this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 104 <br />(Jackson Avenue) at all times. <br /> <br />Dated this 5th day of July, 1994. <br /> <br />City of Elk River, Minnesota <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Sandra A.
