Of <br />riles <br />Ordinance 19 - 23 <br />Stfikeditaughs to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Section 2-3SS, Meetings and rules of <br />procedure of the Energy City Commission of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City <br />Code <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That 5 2-355, Meetings and rules of procedure of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br />The energy city commission shall meet at least four times each calendar year. The dates, times, and <br />locations shall be as follows: third Wednesday of February, May, August, and November at g.39 <br />8:00 a.m. at Elk River City Hall. Additional meetings may be held at any time at the can of the <br />chair or the request of two other commissioners. Notice of additional meetings, including the time <br />and place thereof, shall be communicated to each member of the commission at least three days <br />prior to the meeting, posted at city hall, and if time permits, published in the city's official <br />newspaper.
