Bailey, Wm Patenaude and Geo Cornelius, Trustees;
Wm H Greupner, Clerk

The purpose of this meeting was to audit the Financial statement of the Village Clerk and Treas.

The report was examined and accepted and signed by Wm Patenaude, Geo Cornelius, and G.A.
Bailey. The clerk instructed to have it printed in the next issue of the star news.

An application was presented for a building permit by the Farmers Co-op Oil Co. to move a
warehouse down from Big Lake and put it in back of their oil station in Elk River. After
considerable discussion a motion was made by Wm Greupner seconded by Geo Cornelius to reject
this permit because the building would be put in the Fire zone and it would increase the insurance
rate too much for that block. Motion carried.

No further business, meeting adjourned.

Wm H Greupner Frank M. Nickerson
Clerk Pres
