<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94 - J.2- <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTIllCTIONSON <br />S.A.P. 204-104-04 MTB FROM TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 169 <br />TO SCHOOL STREET <br />IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 21st day of April, 1994, by the City of Elk River in <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the <br />"City", WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 104 (Jackson Avenue) from <br />Trunk Highway No. 169 to School Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Tumback Funds on the <br />improvement of this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 104 <br />(Jackson Avenue) at all times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 21st day of April, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~.,..~ <br /> <br />(()) ~~- <br /> <br />A.
