<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94 - 38 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />S.A.P. 204-107-04 FROM TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 169 <br />TO JACKSON AVENUE <br />IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 21st day of April, 1994, by the City of Elk River in <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the <br />"City", WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 107 (School Street) from Trunk <br />Highway No. 169 to Jackson Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of <br />this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the . <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 107 <br />(School Street) at all times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 21st day of April, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~,.e <br /> <br /> <br />Sandra A.
