<br />A.I -'\) <br />( ); <br />'.}l' ~~' <br />jt~ h <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 94- 18 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT <br />NO. 71720 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />FOR STATE PROJECT NO. 8608-14 <br />TRUNK HIGHWAY 101 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Agreement No. <br />71720 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for <br />the following purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of <br />the costs of the storm sewer construction to be performed upon, along <br />and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 101 at the junction ofT.H. 10 <br />within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 8608-14 (T.H. <br />101=187). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 7thday of March, <br />1994. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Sandra A.
