Resolution 19- 64 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of <br />Summary Publication of Ordinance 19- 21 , an Ordinance Adopting the 2020 <br />Master Fee Schedule <br />WHEREAS, on November 18, 2019, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 19-21 <br />approving the 2020 Master Fee Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City <br />Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes §462.353(4); and <br />WHEREAS, the 2020 Master Fee Schedule lists fees for Administration, Financial, <br />Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River <br />Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br />WH EREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the <br />Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours; <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br />summary of Ordinance 19- 21 and that Ordinance 19- 211 shall become effective January 1, 2020. <br />Councilmember Wagner <br />introduced the foregoing resolution and moved its adoption. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Ovall , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz, <br />iCouncilmembefs Christianson, Westgaard, Ovall, Wagner. _ and the following <br />against: none , whereupon said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />The followin members were present: <br />Ovall, andgWagner <br />absent: none <br />or Dietz, Councilmembers.Christianson, Westgaard, <br />Passed and adopted this 18`' day of November 2019 <br />A <br />A <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />Jo J.
