TIlls is a de\Tice to be used by eitller tlle police or fire deparnnent to locate <br />incliv'iduals \VI10 are lost, trapped or hiding-using tlle lleat given off by tlle lluman body. <br /> <br />\Vitll the dev-ice, \ve \vere gi\Ten free training for one officer in \Ylashington DC, including tlle <br />costs of tlle airfare, lodging and meals. TIle total \Talue of tlle grant is $40,000. <br /> <br />Sgt. Dan Block attended tlle training last \'leek.
