<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />March 5, 1962 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The board met with all members present. <br /> <br />Attendance: \[Not listed\] <br /> <br />The first order of business was the application of a beer liscense \[sic\] for the golf course. Lester <br />Judkins and Frank Dreissig presented their point. Earl Schulke moved to grant a Liscense \[sic\] for <br />beer also cigarettes. Seconded by Everett Specht. Mel Peterson voted against it. <br /> <br />A set of specifications made up by Jerry Spencer and approved by the county commissioners was <br />presented and approved by the town Board. All new roads in all new plats must meet these <br />requirements before County would approve Plat. <br /> <br /> <br />Revenue Fund <br />173.
