<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />August 18, 1958 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The town board met in special session to settle the following matters. <br /> <br />Attendance: \[Not listed\] <br /> <br />First the matter of house trailers being parked for home use. Clarence Kliewer and James Wirtz both <br />have the same. The town code calls for only 90 days. It was suggested by Morris Wilson that this be <br />changed to one year. It was voted to give James Wirtz and Clarence Kliewer one year to park their <br />trailers in the township by permit. This goes for all who intend to build in a year. It was decided to <br />print special permits for trailers. <br /> <br />Mr. Horkely appeared before the board to see what can be done to correct the situation between <br />himself and Mr. Christenson. It was decided he would give Mr. Christenson a written permission to <br />build that close. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />E. Rathbun <br />\[Clerk\] <br />
