The parcels included in the plat must be under common ownership prior to releasing the plat for <br /> recording. <br /> 2. The resolution vacating the portion of Western Avenue included in the plat must be recorded prior to <br /> recording the plat. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The proposed lot combination and boundary line adjustment adds a portion of the right-of-way for <br /> Western Avenue to the parcel to the west— 13008 Island View Drive. .
