Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 4:01 p.m. <br />2. Multipurpose Facility Groundbreaking <br />Mr. Portner began by thanking everyone who supported the project to this point. <br />Mayor Dietz, Councilmember Westgaard, Wagner, and Christianson also spoke <br />about the process and thanked individuals for their support. <br />Various groups gathered for photographs. <br />3.
