The Assistant Liquor Operations Manager <br /> position was eliminated, the Lead Liquor Clerk positions will be eliminated, and two Liquor Store <br /> Manager positions were created. We went to market to fill the new positions. We received 40 applications <br /> and interviewed eight candidates. Following background and reference checks,we recommend James <br /> Kuklock for one of these positions. <br /> Mr. Kuklock has been working for the City of Apple Valley as an Assistant Store Manager and Beer <br /> Buyer since August 2012. Prior to that,he co-owned GolfSource, a driving range business which also <br /> provided General Manager Services for the Litchfield Golf Club. He also worked as the Store <br /> Manager/Buyer for 2nd Swing Golf. Mr Kuklock holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from St. <br /> John's University. <br /> Mr. Kuklock will be starting at step B of pay grade 7E. He will begin accruing vacation at the rate of 3 <br /> weeks per year.
