<br />D <br /> <br />D <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW HELD IN THE <br />VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING, MAY 25th <br />1972 at 8:00 PM. <br /> <br />The Elk River Village Council met as a Board of Review at 8:00 PM. May 25, 1972 <br />members were present as follows: Mayor Bartelt, Councilmen Bob Otto, Bob Syring, <br />Tom Hudson and Bill Konop. Dale Palmer-Sherburne County Assessor and Glenn Powell- <br />Member of the County Assessors Office were in attendance. <br /> <br />The valuation were reviewed on the following property OWBers who entered complaints <br />that they were being val'tladttohlh~gb.: Leo Kolles, Joe Flaherty, Vin Holgem, Lome <br />Lawatsch, Dean Bailey, Herb Johnson, Merlin Bode, Keith Doudt, John Horstad, Neil <br />Larson, Rolland Murray, Ray Ryding and Dick Peterson and it was concluded by the <br />Board of Review that these valuations were fairly valued and no changes were made. <br /> <br />Bob Connors, valuation was review and it was concluded by the Board of Review that <br />due to the high water level in his basement devalued his house and the incorrect <br />size of his garage as shown on the assessement ledger was larger then it actually <br />is, therefore his assessed value will be reduced by 5% and the garage size would be <br />corrected and the proper adjustment be made by Dale Palmer, Sherburne County Assessor <br />for the Village of Elk River. <br /> <br />No further business, the meeting adjo <br />( <br />~, <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br />~'-- <br />
