In 2017, the Chamber began looking at other location <br />options and asked to leave the lease open until they made a decision. Following discussions regarding <br />purchase, remodeling, and building updates, the Chamber Board decided to continue as is. <br />The lease calls for a $1 per year lease from the city. The Chamber is responsible to pay property taxes and <br />pay for ongoing maintenance and repairs of the building.
