The Parks and Recreation <br />Commission discussed at a work session on May 8 the design features preferred in an Elk River picnic <br />pavilion. <br /> <br />The consensus from the meetings was for the picnic pavilion to have the following design elements: <br /> Steel Frame Poligon Chelsea Pavilion style <br /> Steel roof with wood underlayment <br /> Red color roof to match Rivers Edge Commons Park gazebo. <br /> Rock veneer on columns up to four feet to match city’s wayfinding rock <br /> Serving counter with electric outlets for crock pots <br /> Interior lighting with sensor and timer for night activities <br /> <br />Poligon was contacted by staff and provided the concepts for the Commission to review and recommend <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Poligon Chelsea design style sheets
