Elk River Public Library <br />Rules of Behavior <br />1) Behavior disruptive to other library users is not allowed. <br />2) Abusive or obscene language is not permitted in the <br />library. <br />3) Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the library. <br />4) Intoxicated persons are not permitted in the library. <br />5) No animals are allowed in the library except service <br />animals as defined by the ADA, or animals as part of a <br />library program. <br />6) All use of tobacco products including smoking and vaping <br />are not permitted in the library. <br />7) Please silence cell phones in the library. <br />8) Young children shall be accompanied and supervised by an <br />adult at all times. Library staff are not responsible for the <br />care, safety, or supervision of children. <br />9) Food and drink are permitted in the library. Beverage <br />containers must have re -sealable caps/covers. <br />
