City Council expressed concerns using park <br />dedication monies for dasher boards and requested this discussion be brought to the May 8 Parks and <br />Recreation Commission meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The cost to purchase, deliver and install dasher board for an outdoor regular high school ice rink in is the <br />range of $60,000 to $105,000. An optional concrete pad for smoother ice is estimated at $55,000.
