A condition of the approval was that the tent be moved to <br />an area of the parking lot north of the north entral1:ce to the site. This location was identified <br />on an alternate location plan (attached). Since that time Menards has begun construction of <br />their warehouse behind the existing building. They are using the area adjacent to the <br />"alterative fireworks sales location" as a staging and storage area. <br />
