The <br />Commission reviewed this policy manual during work sessions in February and March. <br /> <br />We have made the recommended changes and updates as indicated in yellow highlights. We recommend <br />to present the updated policies to the youth sports organizations at the joint special meeting on May 1. <br />Once all of the reviews are completed, it will be presented to City Council for final approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Field Use Allocation Policies and Procedures
