City Map <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is asked to consider zone changes for nine parcels within the City <br />of Elk River in order to bring the Land Use Map and Zoning Map into consistency with <br />each other. This zone change will not include parcels within the Commercial Reserve nor <br />the Old Town land use area. Each of these areas requires new official controls to be drafted <br />prior to changes in the Zoning Map. <br /> <br />The attached public hearing notice details each change in zoning by parcel. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend approval of the zone changes <br />to the City Council with the following findings: <br /> <br />Planning Department Mission: the orderly development of a livable and sustainable Elk River community. <br />
