We received an application <br /> from part-time Community Service Officer Wyatt Studniski. Following an interview with Chief <br /> Nierenhausen we proceeded with updating Mr. Studniski's background check and had him complete <br /> physical and psychological testing. With all results passing,we recommend Mr. Studniski for this <br /> position. <br /> Mr. Studniski started with the City of Elk River as a police reserve officer in October 2016. He was the <br /> department's reserve officer Hours Leader in 2017-2018 with 511 volunteer hours. He applied for and <br /> was hired as a part-time community service officer in February 2018. Mr. Studniski has an associate's <br /> degree in law enforcement and completed his skills program in December 2018. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> This is a budgeted position.
