Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 6:22 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />3. Consider January 22, 2019 Agenda <br />Item 4.7 was added to the consent agenda. <br />Moved by Councihnember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Ovall <br />to approve the January 22, 2019 agenda, as amended. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Consider Consent Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councihnember Oval] to <br />approve the following consent agenda: <br />4.1 January 7, 2019, Regular Minutes <br />January 7, 2019, Closed Minutes <br />4.2 Check register, check numbers 109057-109235 as outlined in the staff <br />report. <br />4.3 Pay estimates. <br />4.4 Master Labor Agreement (Contract) between the City of Elk River and <br />Law Enforcement Services (LELS) Local 271 for January 1, 2019 to <br />December 31, 2021. <br />
