Also, it was a chance to bring questions and comments to an open discussion <br />with other meter technicians and factory representatives. <br />What information was learned by attending?: <br />The Itron factory representative presented and took questions regarding their single-phase <br />and their new polyphase meters. Software limitations related to the new polyphase meter <br />were discussed and brought to the factory rep's attention. There was an overview of <br />Itron's Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) including the Mobile Collector add-on to the <br />new meter reading handheld ERMU purchased earlier this year. Also, the seminar <br />included a hands-on meter programming workshop with software updates. <br />Was information conveyed to supervisor and co-workers ant to who?: <br />Information from the seminar was discussed with Bryan Adams, Glenn Sundeen, as well <br />as continued discussion in the Meter Shop. <br />Employee <br />
