The existing building would be partially torn <br />down. The remaining section of the building would be remodeled to accommodate storage uses, and a <br />new residential addition would be constructed above and around the new storage area. <br /> <br />The property is guided for high-density residential uses, supporting the apartment use, but not themini- <br />storage facilities. The applicant has proposed development of the site as a PUD, allowing their unique <br />development with city approval. <br /> <br />The applicant is seeking input from Commissionregarding their intended use and requested deviations <br />from city ordinances. These requests are outlined in the attached comment letter.
