The buildout will include space for worship, <br />presentations, weddings, classrooms, a non-commercial kitchen and <br />gathering space, office space, and storage space. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />During the public hearing, Rich Schultz (510 Freeport Ave) discussed <br />taxes, traffic/congestion, and his concerns of this turning this <br />development into one like the Spectrum High School development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission concern was periodic event parking for <br />weddings and funerals. There are 300 immediate parking stalls with 500 <br />stalls available on adjacent properties to the north, with parking <br />agreements in place.
