Continue, by motion, the request to vacate a portion of the Zane Street Right-of-Way to the February 4, 2019, Council meeting. B. Continue, by motion, the request for approval of a Simple Plat to the February 4, 2019, Council meeting. Background/Discussion The applicant submitted updated plans on December 15, 2018, in response to staff’s comment letter sent on December 7, 2018. Most of the comments have not been addressed in the updated plan set and staff has scheduled a work session with the applicant and City Council for later this evening (January 22, 2019) to discuss the project. The delay will push Council review of all applications (Plat, Easement Vacation, Zone Change, and CUP/PUD) to February 19, 2019, which is the last day for Council action based upon the applicant’s extension request. The applicant can request an additional extension beyond February 20, 2019, but if this is not received prior to February 4, 2019, a resolution making Findings of Fact for denial of all applications will be brought forward along with a set of conditions for approval. Statutory Review Period The applicant extended the review period, by written request, to February 20, 2019.
