<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />September 4, 1956 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A special meeting was called by the clerk at the request of Mr. Hageseth the county welfare director. <br /> <br />Attendance: \[Not listed\] <br /> <br />A request for assistence \[sic\] for Mrs. Le Barre and children was presented. It was decided to help <br />her with food and clothing until she can receive help from her previous husband. <br /> <br />Morris Wilson met with the town board to talk over the Building inspector angle of zoning. <br /> <br />Oscar Engstrom moved M H Wilson be appointed building inspector seconded by Everett Specht <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned <br /> <br />Everett Rathbun <br />
