Moving them to step D
on the new scale would not provide a 3% general increase, which was approved in the 2019
Compensation Plan.
This amendment changes the language of item 9 to allow a 3%increase on December 23, 2018, for
employees currently at the top of the 2018 pay scale, and a step to E on June 23, 2019,based on
satisfactory performance.
Financial Impact
This amendment effects only how employees transition into the newly defined pay range. Any financial
impact has been accounted for in the budget and will be managed within this enterprise fund.
Attachments
■ Resolution 18-72
The Elk River Vision
A PehoMing community 2a itb revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional POWERED By
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity INAMIRE1
