C*of � �E <br />Meeting of the <br />River Elk River Planning Commission <br />Held at the Elk River City Hall <br />Tuesday, November 27, 2018 <br />Members Present: Chair Eric Johnson, Commissioners Jill Larson -Vito, Robert <br />Rydberg, Alexander Feinstein, Brad Thiel, and Mike Nicholas <br />Members Absent: Commissioner John Jordan <br />Staff Present: Planning Manager Zack Carlton, Senior Planner Chris Leeseberg, and <br />Sr. Administrative Assistant/Recording Secretary Jennifer Green <br />Also Present: City Council Liaison Jennifer Wagner <br />I . Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br />Commission was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Chair Johnson. <br />2. Consider November 27, 2018, Planning Commission Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson -Vito and seconded by Commissioner <br />Feinstein to approve the November 27, 2018, Planning Commission agenda. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />3. Consider October 23, 2018, Planning Commission Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Feinstein and seconded by Commissioner Nicholas <br />to approve the October 23, 2018, Planner Commission minutes. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />4.1. John Anderson— 10215 Twin Lakes Rd. NW <br />■ Conditional Use Permit to operate an electrical contracting company, Case <br />No. CU 18-18 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. <br />John Anderson, 10215 Twin Lakes Rd. NW, the applicant, explained that his <br />request to locate the parking on the east side was to prevent cars parking close to the <br />house and near an existing well. He stated he was comfortable with the other <br />conditions and understood if the parking condition was imposed. <br />
