Councilmember Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />Ver Resolution 18-73 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of <br />Ordinance #18-17 an Ordinance Adopting the 2019 Master Fee Schedule <br />WHEREAS, on December 17, 2018 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 18-17 <br />approving the 2019 Master Fee Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City <br />Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes §462.353(4); and <br />WHEREAS, the 2019 Master Fee Schedule lists fees for Administrative, Financial, Environmental, <br />Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility <br />services along with code enforcement violations; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the <br />Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br />summary of Ordinance 18-117 and that Ordinance 18- 17 shall become effective January 1, 2019. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Ovals and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz <br />s QlseaTWest-gaard, Ovall, and Wagner and the <br />following against: N,,,,P whereupon said resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Olsen, Westgaard, <br />Ovall, and Wagner and the <br />following absent: None <br />Passed and adopted this 17'h day of December 2018. <br />ATTEST: J n J. ietz, ayor <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />fl/EREI <br />I'rIATU " <br />
