The event takes place at Lake Orono Park. The request is to sell <br />3.2 percent beer for on sale consumption on July 4,2005. The Chamber of Commerce has <br />submitted the appropriate application and license fee. Because the event is being held on <br />city property at Lake Orono Park, liquor liability insurance is required. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Council motion approving the request of an on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license for the Elk <br />River Area Chamber of Commerce contingent upon receiving dram shop insurance. <br /> <br />S:\Couneil\Joan\Liquor\Chamber Tempbeer lie. doc <br />
