Conditional Use Permit to Establish a PUD, Case <br />No. CU 18-15 <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Continue, by motion, the request for a Zone Change and Conditional Use Permit to the October 23, <br />2018, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The applicant met with staff prior to the September 17, 2018, City Council meeting and will be making <br />changes to the plat, proposed easement vacation area, and proposed park areas included as part of the <br />River Walk apartment project. All of these changes will impact the Zone Change (ZC) and Conditional <br />Use Permit (CUP) review for the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Until the updated plans have been reviewed by staff and action taken by Council regarding the plat and <br />easement vacation, staff recommends continuing the public hearing and discussions regarding the CUP <br />and ZC until October 23, 2018. <br /> <br />Statutory Review Period <br />The CUP and ZC were continued to December 12, 2018.
