The church shall be required,at their expense,to apply for and receive approval of a Subdivision <br /> Exemption. <br /> 2. The church shall provide,at their expense and as approved by city staff,a recorded trail easement <br /> outside of the wetlands. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Abiding Savior Lutheran Church contacted the city inquiring if they 's <br /> could purchase approximately 26,000 sqft (0.6 acres) from the <br /> northwest corner of the property with the PID# 75-129-4100 (see red <br /> dot on Figure 1). The church has maintained this area of the city • <br /> property has for years and continues to maintain it. They would like to <br /> purchase a portion of property to have street frontage along County <br /> Road 1 in order to erect a sign that is more visible. <br /> CR 33 <br /> The property was not received through park dedication. The EDA <br /> transferred this property to the city with the intent of passive open <br /> space and future trail development. <br /> RR <br /> No trail connection is shown in this area on the Master Trail Plan. If a <br /> portion is sold,a trail easement would be needed to provide access to Hwy 10 <br /> the site from 193rd Avenue.
